Zucchini Veggie Spaghetti Bread
Grease two bread pans. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
In a large bowl, whisk eggs, oil and vanilla. Sift flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, sugar and cinnamon into the bowl with egg mixture, and mix until combined.
Fold noodles into batter, and divide evenly into the pans.
Bake for 50 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
3 cups All-Purpose Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 cup vegetable oil
2 1/4 cups sugar
2 cups Crazy Fresh Zucchini Veggie Spaghetti
3 teaspoons vanilla extract
