Vegetable Marinade


Ingredients — Serves 6

  • 1 cup olive oil

  • 3/4 cup soy sauce

  • 1/2 cup lemon juice

  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/4 cup Dijon

  • 1 1/2 tsp black pepper coarse

  • 2 cloaves garlic minced

Instructions

  1. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon, mustard, black pepper, and garlic.

  2. Combine well.

  3. Add product to be marinated in plastic bag.

  4. Seal the bag and marinate for 4-6 hours.
