Thanksgiving Stuffing


  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add stuffing mix, apple salsa and minced sage and thyme; season with salt and pepper and cook 5 minutes.

  3. Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer.

  4. Whisk eggs with parsley in a large bowl. Add bread, then pour in the vegetable-broth mixture, and toss. Transfer to a buttered 3-quart baking dish, and dot with more butter.

  5. Cover and bake 30 minutes. Uncover and bake until golden, about another 20 more minutes. Enjoy!

  • Crazy Fresh Sage

  • Crazy Fresh Thyme

  • 1 Crazy Fresh Apple Salsa

  • 3 cups Chicken Stock

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley

  • 16 cups cubed bread
