Stuffed Peppers

Serves: 4 — Prep time: 30 min — Cook Time: 25-30 min

Ingredients

  • 6 green bell peppers

  • 1 pound ground beef

  • 3 14 oz Crazy Fresh Salsa

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese

  • 1/2 cup uncooked rice

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, sauté beef for 5 minutes or until beef is browned. Stir in the salsa, rice, 1/2 cup water and Worcestershire sauce.

  2. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until rice is tender. Remove from heat, and stir in 1 cup of cheese.

  3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  4. Stuff each pepper with the mixture, and place peppers open side up in a baking dish. Cover with cheese.

  5. Bake covered for 25 to 30 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted and bubbly. Enjoy!
