6 green bell peppers
1 pound ground beef
3 14 oz Crazy Fresh Salsa
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
1/2 cup uncooked rice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
In a large skillet, sauté beef for 5 minutes or until beef is browned. Stir in the salsa, rice, 1/2 cup water and Worcestershire sauce.
Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until rice is tender. Remove from heat, and stir in 1 cup of cheese.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Stuff each pepper with the mixture, and place peppers open side up in a baking dish. Cover with cheese.
Bake covered for 25 to 30 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted and bubbly. Enjoy!
