Pumpkin Chili


  1. Cook beef in a pot over medium-high. Heat 8 minutes or until beef crumbles and is no longer pink.

  2. Stir in taco seasoning until incorporated. Remove beef mixture with a slotted spoon and set aside.

  3. Cook pumpkin or squash in same pot for 7 minutes.

  4. Stir in beef mixture, black beans, salsa, soup starter kit, and beef stock.

  5. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low and simmer 20 to 25 minutes or until pumpkin is tender.


  • 1 1/4 pounds ground beef

  • 1 packet taco seasoning

  • 3 cups Crazy Fresh pumpkin or squash pre-cut

  • 15 ounces black beans

  • 1 package Crazy Fresh Sweet Red Pepper Soup Starter Kit

  • 14 ounces beef stock

  • 1/4 cup cilantro

  • 1 medium jalapeno chopped
