Crazy Fresh Guacamole Vidalia Onion Rings
Ingredients — Serves 4
1 10oz container Crazy Fresh Authentic or Hot & Spicy Guacamole
1 2lb container Crazy Fresh Taco Dip
2 large Vidalia Onions
2 large eggs beaten
2 cups bread crumbs
1 cup flour
oil for frying
Cut onions into 1/2 inch rings and separate into layers. On a tray covered in wax paper, lay out onions and fill with guacamole. Freeze until solid.
Roll the frozen onions and guacamole into flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs. Dip again in egg and breadcrumbs.
In a large sauce pan, heat oil to 350 degrees. Cook onion rings until brown on all sides. Drain on plate with paper towels.
Sprinkle with salt and lime juice to taste. Eat with taco dip, and enjoy!
