Grilled Pork & Pear Salad
Combine dressing ingredients in small bowl.
Grill pork chops and pears together for 8-10 minutes depending on thickness of pork and grill.
Dress greens and arrange on plate.
Cut pork and pear and arrange over greens.
Add nuts and cheese to plate, and drizzle pork, pear, nuts and cheese with dressing. Enjoy!
2 pork chops
1 bartlett pear halved and cored
5 oz. mixed salad greens
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup blue cheese
1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette
1 tbsp maple syrup
pinch coarse ground black pepper
pinch thyme leaves
