Fuji Apple Puff Pastry

Serves 8 — prep time: 15 — cook time: 18-20 min

Ingredients —

  • 2 sheets puffed pastry cut into 2"x4" pieces

  • 3 Fuji Apples cored, halved and thinly sliced

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt

  • 8 oz Crazy Fresh Fruit Dip

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Place puffed pastry rectangles onto a greased baking pan.

  3. Stir brown sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, salt and apples together in a large bowl.

  4. Arrange apple slices on the pastry, and bake for 18 minutes or until pastry is puffed and golden brown.

  5. Serve with Crazy Fresh Fruit Dip, and enjoy!
