Crazy Easy Stone Fruit Tarte

Ingredients — Serves 6

  • 2 cups sliced stone fruit (peach, apricot, pluot, plum or nectarine)

  • 1 sheet puffy pastry

  • 1/4 cup sugar

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 egg beaten

  • Demerara sugar


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Preheat baking sheet as well.

  2. In a bowl, combine fruit, sugar and lemon juice. Set aside.

  3. Roll out puff pastry on parchment paper, and fold in edges to create a border.

  4. Evenly distribute fruit mix within the border. Brush border with beaten egg and sprinkle demarara sugar around the border.

  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Enjoy!
