Cumin Carrot Sticks


Ingredients — Serves 4

  • 14 oz. Crazy Fresh Carrot Sticks

  • 14 oz. Crazy Fresh Guacamole

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 2 tbsp cilantro chopped

  • 1/8 tsp ground cumin

  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, toss carrots with vegetable oil, ground cumin, salt and pepper. Coat carrots with mixture then transfer to a single-layer on the baking sheet.

  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden-brown and crispy.

  4. Garnish with fresh cilantro, and serve warm with Crazy Fresh Guacamole. Enjoy!
