Creamy Kale with Butternut Squash Noodles

Ingredients — Serves 4

  • 1 Crazy Fresh Butternut Squash Veggie Spaghetti

  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce

  • 4 cups kale torn

  • 1/2 cup Gruyeres grated


  1. In a medium pot, bring the Alfredo sauce to a gentle simmer.

  2. Stir in the kale until tender.

  3. Microwave individual portion of spaghetti per the instructions on the package.

  4. Ladle the Alfredo kale mix over the noodles.

  5. Top with cheese and serve. Enjoy!
