Crazy Fresh Colcannon

Ingredients — Serves 4

  • 1 container Crazy Fresh Pot O' Gold

  • 1/4 pound butter

  • 1/2 cup Cream

  • 1 cup beef stock

  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Rough chop the cabbage from the Pot O’ Gold Kit. Add ingredients from the kit to cold water in a large pot.

  2. Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes. Drain and mash the ingredients.

  3. Add cream and butter; stir well. Add stock as needed to get desired consistency. Add salt and pepper to taste.
