Boost Juice

  • 1 medium apple, cored and cubed

  • 2 medium pears, soft, cored and cubed

  • 1/2 cup cherries, fresh with pits removed, or frozen and thawed


  1. In a blender, combine apple, pears, and cherries; blend, scraping down sides occasionally, until smooth.

  2. Strain juice and, if desired, thin with water. Before serving, garnish with fresh cherries (optional). Refrigerate up to 2 days (shake before serving).

  3. ** To make any juice a smoothie add 1 cup of ice and ½ cup of yogurt (Greek yogurt recommended).
