Apple Tart

Serves 6 — Prep time: 20 min — cook time: 18-20 min

Ingredients —

  • 1 sheet puffed pastry cut lengthwise in half or thirds

  • 3 Washington apples cored, halved and sliced thinly

  • 8 oz Crazy Fresh Fruit Dip

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 415 degrees.

  2. Place puffed pastry rectangles onto a greased baking pan.

  3. Stir brown sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, salt and apples together in a large bowl.

  4. Arrange apple slices on the pastry and bake for 18 minutes, or until pastry is puffed and golden brown.

  5. Serve warm with Crazy Fresh Fruit Dip, and enjoy!
