Serves 6 — Prep time: 20 min — cook time: 18-20 min
1 sheet puffed pastry cut lengthwise in half or thirds
3 Washington apples cored, halved and sliced thinly
8 oz Crazy Fresh Fruit Dip
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp Salt
Preheat oven to 415 degrees.
Place puffed pastry rectangles onto a greased baking pan.
Stir brown sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, salt and apples together in a large bowl.
Arrange apple slices on the pastry and bake for 18 minutes, or until pastry is puffed and golden brown.
Serve warm with Crazy Fresh Fruit Dip, and enjoy!
