Apple Pork Burgers
1 lb ground pork
1/2 lb breakfast sausage uncooked and uncased
1 local apple sliced
1 tsp grated garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix pork, breakfast sausage, garlic, salt and pepper together. Form into patties.
Grill 4 minutes a side or until desired wellness.
Servce burgers on a sesame hamburger bun, and top with mayonnaise, lettuce and a thick slice of apple.
