Apple Pork Burgers


  • 1 lb ground pork

  • 1/2 lb breakfast sausage uncooked and uncased

  • 1 local apple sliced

  • 1 tsp grated garlic

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • lettuce

  • mayonnaise

  • burger bun


  1. Mix pork, breakfast sausage, garlic, salt and pepper together. Form into patties.

  2. Grill 4 minutes a side or until desired wellness.

  3. Servce burgers on a sesame hamburger bun, and top with mayonnaise, lettuce and a thick slice of apple.
